The property was fairly clean and centrally located smack next door to a freight train zooming past. The room was soundproof, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and there was a clean bathroom.

staff were faultless, wi-fi was free, and i loved its best possible location right by several convenient stores, the center of the old quarter and the lake. the pool was nice and i had cold drinks in the main bar. good value & special service.

No complaint, thank you for an incredible stay. Riverside location and lovely views, outstandingly accommodating stuff and excellent service. I loved the deluxe twin room, that was silent. The savoury drinks in main bar where very welcome. The hotel was near the heart of Hanoi

We liked its handy location close enough to the Hoan Kiem lake. Plus, the hotel was centrally located very close to a lively market. We had deluxe queen room with the Covid-circumstances breakfast, big window plus good ambience. The staff did all they can for the best stay. Perfect customer care too.
Wi-Fi was bad.

Ideal location, very clean, extra comfortable bed, exceptional staff. They made my stay really enjoyable. My double room and all facilities were basic. Housekeeping service and tour assistance were marvellous in this hotel.
